This single-color plastic switchboard tag or label is designed for easy use in indicating tests carried out at the switchboard. Measuring 73mm x 100mm, the label provides space for 5 records, each including test dates, retest dates, and initials for each occurrence. The label also allows users to indicate the standards adhered to for each test performed. For example, initial testing might use AS/NZS 3000, while subsequent testing could adhere to AS3760.
The tag features a strong but removable adhesive, ensuring permanent adhesion while facilitating removal at the end of its lifecycle or after its final use.
The user can select the Australian Standard for the circuits tested from the following options:
- AS/NZS3760
- AS/NZS3012
- AS/NZS3000
- AS/NZS3017
- Other user-nominated standards
