With the Android-based APAT application, retesting is simplified—users can simply scan an asset’s ID to instantly access all related records and begin a retest. The included tablet functions as both a keyboard and scanner, making data entry quick and seamless. Additional sorting and filtering options allow users to locate items by location, asset ID, description, or retest date, improving workflow and keeping records easily accessible.

The package doubles as a portable database, enabling users to store test records, images from visual inspections, and more. The introductory tablet provides complete control over the tester and offers predictive text for streamlined data entry. The system comes with 500 test tags and 500 asset barcode tags, and it can be upgraded with a printer if needed. Altogether, this Metrel system offers professional-grade appliance testing combined with comprehensive data management, making it an ideal solution for keeping test records organized and accessible.
