Overview of the Seaward PrimeTest 125EL

The battery-operated Seaward PrimeTest 125EL is one of Australia’s most popular appliance testers, designed with simplicity and ease of use that has been a hallmark of Seaward's handheld testers for over 20 years.

This tester offers three intuitive push-button options for:

  • Class I & Extension Lead Tests
  • Class II Test
  • Optional Leakage Test for MOV appliances and powered run tests

Additionally, the PT125EL includes a mains outlet voltage check, helping ensure socket outlet safety. It quickly tests Class I & II appliances, extension leads, powerboards, and surge-protected (MOV) powerboards with confidence and ease. Users can also conduct current leakage testing where required for powered tests.

Applications

Suitable for testing appliances and leads in accordance with the most common AS/NZS 3760:2022 standards.
